Privacy Policy

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Knowledge Palette mobile application and related services operated by ILSE SCHWEPCKE PRIZE LTD (the “Application”). ILSE SCHWEPCKE PRIZE LTD is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
Information obtained and use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it, and registration is not required. When the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain that protocol data or use it for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information through another channel, you may request deletion of that information by emailing amelia78sutton@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information through normal use. Information that you voluntarily provide directly to the Service Provider, for example in a support email, is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain an appropriate record of the correspondence, or meet an applicable legal obligation. When the information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information that you have voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider by contacting amelia78sutton@gmail.com. The Service Provider will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and subject to any information it is required to keep by applicable law. Data that exists only on your device can be removed by clearing local application data or uninstalling the Application.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by use of the Application alone. If a person under the applicable age voluntarily provides information by another means, parental or guardian consent must be provided where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. No security system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it does hold.
Data breach notification
If a security breach affects information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will provide notice when required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by publishing the updated policy with a new effective date. Where the law requires consent for a material change, the Service Provider will seek that consent before the change takes effect. Previous versions may be requested at amelia78sutton@gmail.com.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
